The attention to detail in the amenities provided, like the bathroom supplies, shows that they care about their guests' comfort. The location, deep into a forest on a hillside surrounded by trees, provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel could improve by offering more dining options after breakfast.

I loved the serene forest location and the stunning view of Mt Fuji from my room's balcony. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the public bath and the free washing machines. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was a good start to the day.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offers a quaint experience with Japanese style futon sleeping on the floor. the rooms are clean, and offer in-room facilities, such as coffee and tea. Although it may be deep in the forest, the hotel provides a public bath, where guests can relax in hot water.
The hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus service, which can be inconvenient and costly if relying on public transportation.

Nestled in the middle of the woods, this hotel offers a serene and peaceful environment for a relaxing getaway. The spacious room had a well-equipped kitchenette and a playroom full of toys for children to enjoy. I really liked the fact that there was a laundry room available for all guests to use, which made it easy to pack light and not worry about dirty clothes.
The road to the hotel was not paved, and the lack of signage made it difficult to find at night. It may be challenging for those without transportation, and the meals did not meet our expectations.

This resort provided a peaceful and quiet environment, ideal for relaxing during the Easter holidays. the room was very spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, providing ease and comfort.
The location is a bit remote and hard to find, especially at night. the unpaved road leading to the resort was a challenge, especially since there were no directional signs, and GPS services were confusing.
